Payments Policy

• Accepted payment methods: Instapay, Credit / Debit Cards
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is completed successfully.

Custom Orders & Refund Policy

• All products are custom-designed uniquely for each customer.
• For this reason, all orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable once confirmed.
• Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
• If an error occurs due to a production or printing mistake on our end, please contact us and we will review the issue.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days within Egypt.
• Shipping fees depend on your governorate and will be displayed at checkout.
• Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery — please keep your phone available.

Important Notes:

• If you choose not to receive the order, shipping fees will still be charged based on your governorate.
• As per shipping company policy, packages cannot be opened before payment is completed.
• If you face any issue after receiving your order, contact us and we'll assist you.

Exchanges & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made, exchanges and refunds are not available except in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product
• The item arrived damaged or defective

• Provide clear photos of the issue
