Custom Products

• All star maps are custom-designed based on your specifications.
• You are responsible for ensuring all details (date, location, text) are accurate before confirming your order.
• Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Payment Terms

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• We accept Instapay, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
• Refunds or replacements are only provided if we made an error in production or if the product arrives damaged.
• To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery takes 3–7 business days within Egypt.
• Shipping fees vary by governorate and are calculated at checkout.
• You will be contacted by our delivery partner before delivery.
• If you refuse delivery, shipping fees will still apply.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or incorrect address information.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on StarMap are the property of StarMap and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

StarMap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
